Counter Knife Defenses
INSTRUCTOR: M. James Loriega

ROOM: TBA
DESCRIPTION:

Although edged weapons exponents generally feel confident of their proficiency in a dueling environment, most would agree that their confidence and skill decline at the thought of an unprovoked surprise attack.  In such cases, awareness and the ability to manipulate the opponent on short notice at extreme close quarters are the primary components of your arsenal.

In the Counter-Knife Defenses course, we will review the types of attacks that occur at this range, as well as the various ways of effectively contending with them.  Combat scenarios will include Close quarters combat, Disarm counters, Clichés, and Ambush counters.
