Master Class
Hands Off!: W.E. Fairbairn's Self-Defense for Women
INSTRUCTOR: Tim Ruzicki

ROOM: TBA
DESCRIPTION:

This class will examine self-defense material in W.E. Fairbairn's gem of a book by the same name.  Designed to teach early-modern combatives to women as self-defense during the dark days of WWII, the techniques and methodology found in its pages are immediately useful, extremely practical, and completely no-nonsense.  Students may expect to leave the class with several non-lethal tools that can be employed immediately, effectively and with very little practice and training.  This class is open to both women and men.

Equipment: No special equipment is necessary -- just wear comfortable clothes and shoes.

Pre-Requisites:  No prior experience is necessary.
