Marozzo Two-Handed Sword

DESCRIPTION:   This class will provide an introduction to Marozzo's two handed sword technique. Some discussion of Hutton's interpretation will also be given. The various guards will be discussed and then Marozzo's first assault with two handed sword will be worked through. Students who wish to take part inthe drills should have a two handed sword, a 5-6 foot staff or equivalent. Some of the drills may be done with a longsword but will not be optimal.
