Structure, Leverage and Power Generation in Fiore's Art: The Body
INSTRUCTOR: Bob Charron

ROOM: TBA
DESCRIPTION:
This class will examine the foundation principles of proper structure, positions of leverage and lines of force used in power generation using exemplars from Fiore's art. The student should leave the class with a much-improved ability to execute and analyze the hundreds of actions in Fiore's art, as well as other arts they may currently be studying.

Students should bring a pen and pad to take notes, wear lose fitting clothing and be prepared to fall gently to the ground. Safety is paramount, and all drills will be done under direction, slowly and with complete focus on your partner's safety.
