Freakin' Crazy
INSTRUCTOR: Tim Ruzicki, Jared Kirby, Cecil Longino

ROOM: TBA
DESCRIPTION:

Vulgar.  Thug.  Peasant.  The untrained and untrainable, the unpredictable and the crazy -- these are some of the most frightening opponents for a martial artist to face.  We've all seen it in action...think about most of the rapier or knife tournaments you've witnessed.  Think about the folks who win.  Think about how little those people actually resembled martial artists.

This class will explore how to deal with the untrained, the vulgar, and the crazy.  It will use empty-hand, knife, smallsword and rapier to show how the concepts of fencing apply to dealing with someone who isn't "playing by the rules."  Anyone who participates in tournaments should especially take this class -- if only to learn if you're the crazy person we're talking about.
