Thomas Badillo has been a training professional for over 20 years using adult learning concepts and techniques to achieve successful training engagements. In that time, he has worked for large corporations Hewlett Packard, Sebiel Systems, CompUSA, and for small start ups like diCarta, Emptoris, Xactly Corporation. His role and responsibilities for these companies have ranged from Training Specialist, Trainer, and Principle Education Consultant to Training Manager, Regional Sales Manager, eLearning Senior Trainer. Currently, Mr. Badillo is working as a  Project Manager for events and distance learning for Botta Secreta Productions, where he is focusing on Western Martial Arts distance learning using the technology of webinars to conduct classes via the world wide web.
